Hi! Laur Willow's wife Kaitlyn here! Laur has been on quite the gender journey for many years now (or really, their whole life) and it's finally time for them to have gender-affirming surgery. Their surgery date is September 7th, 2023, so send them ALL the well-wishes and good vibes for that! In the meantime, I'm raising money on behalf of Laur and our little family to cover not only the cost of surgery itself, but also travel, lodging, food and loss of income during recovery.
The "Get Back Up" design was something I put together for Laur a couple months back and we thought it would be a super fun design to share with others as we raise money for Laur's surgery. It was inspired by Laur's love of skater culture and their tenacity to keep pushing towards their true self.
